Reputation matters, and the Firm takes a holistic approach to the problems its Clients face. As a negative law enforcement encounter or past experience with the criminal justice system can permanently prevent the innocent and the rehabilitated from pursuing their career, we have developed a practice designed to restore protections to the innocent and to those who have repaid society for their crimes. The Firm is proud that it has achieved over one hundred expungements, and has also engaged in pardon practice when requested. In some cases, the Firm has also succeeded in having convictions for lower-level crimes sealed, protecting the job prospects of rehabilitated people.
